- Job applications: name, phone number, email address, role and trade experience, tickets or licences held, availability, and work history submitted through our "Join our team" form.
- Worker records: for people placed through Atlas, we may also collect right-to-work documentation, WHS induction records, licence and ticket details, and emergency contact information as required to place workers on site safely and lawfully.
- Website usage: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, where applicable.
2. How we use your information
We use the personal information we collect to:
- Respond to enquiries and requests for workers
- Assess and process job applications
- Conduct WHS inductions, right-to-work checks, and licence verifications
- Match workers to suitable roles and sites
- Communicate with clients and workers about bookings, shifts, and placements
- Meet our legal, insurance, and workplace health and safety obligations
3. Disclosure of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share personal information with:
- Clients and host employers, where necessary to place a worker on a site (e.g. name, licences, right-to-work status)
- Service providers, such as our website form-processing provider, used solely to deliver enquiry and application details to our team by email
- Insurers and WHS/compliance bodies, where required for workers' compensation, public liability, or safety obligations
- Regulatory or government bodies, where required by law
We do not disclose personal information to overseas recipients except where a third-party service provider we use operates infrastructure outside Australia, in which case we take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected.
